Dr. Hulbert Silver started his studies at the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating in 1999, completing his Doctor of Medicine (2005) and a Master of Science in Hyperbaric Medicine (2002) at the Saba University School of Medicine. Dr. Silver did post graduate studies at the University of Manitoba, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine (2007). Additionally, he completed enhanced skill training at the University of British Columbia School of Medicine in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine (2013). Dr. Silver has practiced Family Medicine in Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, eventually he and his family moved to the Lower Mainland in 2013, at which time he joined Fraser Medical Clinic.
Dr. Silver enjoys family practice and he continues to work in Mission Memorial Hospital emergency department.
Dr. Silver is an avid skier, scuba diver and mountain climber. He enjoys climbing the many local mountains and has also climbed on Mount Everest as part of a Scientific Expedition.
